My problem is that my 2 room mates are heavy smokers. So i'm kinda like the dracula when i'm at home sealed in my room. I hope it will get better day after day. Thanks for your support.
That must be hard, Theo. Those first few days are difficult enough without chain smoking housemates to cope with. I bet your emotions are all over the place.
You come on here whenever you feel the need. Shout, scream, eat furniture (;)) and do anything it takes. We'll be here to take the flack and give you as much moral support and advice as we can.
Are you using any NRT or are you going cold turkey?
Welcome to the forum by the way! It's good to meet you.
Wow. Thank you very much for your comments guys. Really appreciate it. I'm smoking for approximately 10 years and i'm going CT (first time i'm trying). I know there will be super cravings, super urges but it's kinda simple isn't it ? All you have to do is not to smoke, ever, again ..

That's what I did. Just stopped and haven't bothered again. It's pretty easy really. Good luck
Congratz with making the best decision ever. Loads of great people here to help you on the way.
I personally recommend reading Allen Carr's easy way book - it really puts this stupid addiction in perspective and busts a lot of the myths about smoking.
Looking forward to following your journey to freedom
