I am rather pleased with myself....went to a music festival weekend just gone, my other half offered me a cig and said 'go on, nobody will know' my answer 'I would know'

I was pissed and happy in the sunshine, surrounded by wonderful smoking friends and I found declining a fag the easiest thing in the world...because I DON'T SMOKE!

Its' just that I am rubbish at advice, I feel that every-one is so unique and addiction is so different for everyone, that my 'way' would not suit every-one.
