I will have gone a whole year without a cigarette (cold turkey!)so so proud of myself...in early days it was hard but it has got so much easier...i barely ever think about it and it is the best thing i ever did.

I recommend

1) Gillian Riley, Alan carr and a little book called the nicotine trick

2) COme on here often

3) Youtube Joe Spitzer

4) Make decisions in the moment (dont think i am not having one today) just think im not having one for now (later i might)..it takes loads of pressure off you..
