110 days is one hell of an achievement, patches or no patches. A huge well done from me!

Many of us have used patches, me included, and I honestly believe the craves you experience when you cease using them are far more psychological than physical. It's like learning to ride a bike without stabilisers- you're fine until you remember you have no stabilisers and then you fall off!

You'll be fine. Just hold on in there and deal with any craves in the same way as you dealt with the initial craving. You're such a long way down the road now and I am certain you're going all the way to permanent freedom.
