On nrt feeling sooo light headed and dizzy

Hi, has any one used the patch and felt dizzy, bit shaky, or light headed, feel quite strange to day?

Re started my quit just a few days ago, I do take my patch off around nine, as otherwise I have the most un usual dreams, I dreamt I was a circle, but part of my circle was missing, so all the other circles in the play ground would not play with me, now that's so odd considering I,m over 50.

Not sure if these symptoms are from the patch, don't feel great at all :mad:

Yes that might be a good idea, I have my positive head on, but sooo strange, bit scary to drop down a lot, might chop corner off one tomorrow, if I feel the same tomorrow.

Last thing I want is my negative head on, that's no good for me.

I had similar symptoms a couple of days ago. Dizzy, light headed, aching as well. Not on NRT now so I think it was a bug, started sneezing today and feel better.

I used patches for the first couple of weeks of my quit and immediately had to go to stage two (I think 15mg), because I was suffering from nausea and dizziness. It could be an idea just to reduce the nicotine levels and get some 2mg gum as a top up if you really need the extra.

Yes don't feel poorly, just shaky a bit dizzy, light headed.

Think I might try cutting down and use lozenge thanks. Sounds like god idea
