You can do this, just keep reminding yourself of why you want to, and one more day to go and you'll have a whole week under your belt. It is hard, I know, but it is so worth it, try making lists of the pro's and con's - read the motivational threads on here, there is so much to be gained by quitting and absolutely nothing to be gained by giving up
I think it helps reading all about smoking, especially about what the cigs do to your health and how your body hopefully recovers. That in it's self should be enough to keep me motivated and of course all the lovely messages.
Sorry been working. Now our lovely dog is booked in vets this morning. She has started trying to eat imaginary flies and acting weird could be really serious brain problem or something!!!!
