That's me just over 6 months I don't really count now im just aiming for the 1 year mark. Been patch free for 2 months as well. :)

Congratulations Kaz! Brilliant post, by the time I come off patches it will be 4 months too, did you notice any massive difference? Like Cupster I am a little bit worried of going it alone xx

hey all,

I've been busy (eating) and not managed on. I was fine until I stopped NRT then the eat begun and has not stopped. Had a few wee niggles here and there where I have felt something missing usually NRT took that feeling away but now it is food lol.

Good luck all. So many people are giving up these days so its a journey together :D

Congrats Kaz, you're going great guns and don't worry too much about the eating, it really does settle down in time :)
