hey all,

I've been busy (eating) and not managed on. I was fine until I stopped NRT then the eat begun and has not stopped. Had a few wee niggles here and there where I have felt something missing usually NRT took that feeling away but now it is food lol.

Good luck all. So many people are giving up these days so its a journey together
