Today I reach 6 wks with my fellow jan20th quitters
I can't believe I got here this time and it's gone so fast....I still think of smoking occasionally but not like in the early days.Get the odd crave where I have to really deep breathe but all in all I am feeling really good and confident that there is. No going back this time
Hope everyone is doing well on thier quits whatever day you are on x

Still get the odd moment but nothing I can't handle now after the early days
From all my previous quits....and there have been many:(...I had one in a moment of weakness and had to practically force myself to smoke again rather than I was dying for one,if you know what I mean:)so this time I'm going to remember all the trouble that " one " has got me in ..in the past .
