I'm just three weeks in and doing good. I have a couple of tips for anyone who needs them.
Forums are a great source of support, but I guess you already know that LOL
I've been using an iphone app called Smoke Free. It's really good, gives you little missions each day and tracks your progress. It lets you know how long you've done and how much money you've saved along with how your health is improving. It's really helped me stay focused on the reasons for stopping.
