Day 7, and past so fast, although a little difficult at times hanging in there, I do how however have my patch firmly stuck, and of course is strange. Can you believe all these methods are out there to assist us, fab.

Difficult day

Just in from work and read all the lovely posts, today is quite a difficult one as its my birthday, but mum passed away last year on my birthday, when I was abroad,

So hanging in there, thought would fold under but making it through, a little emotional. But not smoked so that's good.
