Haven't posted on here for a while - felt I needed a break and also that I didn't have much to say that people would want to hear to be honest !! But I have been checking in to see how everyone's getting on - you all continue to inspire and motivate me.
So I'm proud to announce that today is my centenary - 100 days since I quit smoking.
I am frankly amazed, surprised and relieved. It has been at times, excrutiating , hair raising, upsetting , unsettling , depressing , difficult and terribly emotional.
But here I am - no real drama and no real fuss - this is my battle and no one in my life (including you) deserves to be put through the mill with me. My poor judgement started this whole smoking thing and I hope my better judgement sees me onwards.
Respect to you all - keep on swimming ✨

Sometimes, for some people, quietly and gently is the way forward. But everyone's diversity is a joy - we're all so different but ultimately on the same journey. You support me (and so many others) in every reply you make to each and every post that I've read. 💜💜💜

Yes we definitely are similar I am at "that" stage now so finding it a bit hard but I have a few really good friends on here that keep me on the straight and narrow I love how you just get your head down and get on with it... You should be shouting from the roof tops you deserve a pat on the back, 100 days is flipping ace and you have done it with a quiet determination, fair shout my friend xxx

Ahhhhhh, now that makes sense!
There's a little icon at the bottom right hand corner of each post that says Quote and you click on that to include it in your own post. If you want to include copies of more than one then you click on the icon to the right of that which is a little page with speech marks and a plus sign and do that on each one you want to include until you get to the last one and then you click the Quote icon.
