Hello all,
This will be my third attempt at quitting -I adopted the 'slap-a-patch-to-me' approach as of today (my Nicorette inhalator is also staying close by)...
My last quit attempt lasted for over a year, sadly I caved last November and was quickly back up to 20 a day. The niggling cough and embarrassing tobacco niffs swiftly returned (as well as a lightness of purse contents).
Anyways, I've been a having a read through of quite a lot of posts -'well done' to those further down the road of their journey and 'congratulations' to those who are just starting -it's great to see such a supportive environment
I hope that this time, I manage to be a non-smoker for keeps... For now, I'll take each day as it comes
Louise.

Hiya Louise and welcome
Oh I know exactly what you mean, I quit or a long time last year and failed about a week before you - and yes the smells (nothing like being a heavy smoker while you can still smell *blech*) plus the expense - and for what? - are minging!!
We're here to help so any time you need help, support or anything please post
You can do this, you will do this!!
