Ok so I tried herbal nytol last night (thanks Donna) and fell asleep at 11:30 :eek: It wasn't a deep sleep as I woke up every couple of hours but did fall back over with relative ease until 7 am this morning. Very promising!

Its been an odd day, far less yawning for sure

Glad to hear it was a bit easier Hun, I would suggest persevering with them every night for a week so your body can get back into a regular sleep pattern, keep us posted x
