Hi folks,

Hope everyone is well! Haven't been on much lately so thought I was due a check in!

Alls good here, into day 25 and have come off the patches. I'll still have the lozengers and take one whenever I have a bad craving but I wouldn't say I take more than 3 a day so quite pleased with myself!

This is the one for me, onwards and upwards

Do keep some patches handy in case you hit a rough bt though, I know how much this means to you so don't be afraid of using every weapon in the fight against Nic!!

Not feeling any different without the patches to be honest, I'm still using the minis when I feel I need them, I'm not rushing into going nicotine free, I want to be really comfortable in my quit before jumping the gun! I was only step two patches and needed more but I thought I'd see how I got on without them and I've been absolutely fine so going to stick with the minis on their own!
