Hope everyone ok and enjoying weekend.

As yet not feeling too bad, yes craves are there but seem more manageable.

Need to stop being lazy today, have to do ironing as we are away Monday til Friday and need clothes to wear.

Would be good if this feeling lasted today but am well aware it can change any time.

I will not smoke today xxxxx

Going to Benidorm with three other couples luckily none of them smoke. I won't have to plan when I can get next fag in.

Silly as it may seem I think I will even miss that (naughty schoolgirl mode)

Still feeling a bit apprehensive about it and will miss coming on here as this helps so much. Will take iPad but not sure if I will get on though xxxxxx
