Well done on getting through day1, the early days are the hardest I think. Keep going and soon the days will turn into months Then it will get easier and easier.

Congratulations on getting through your first smoke free day. Keep going and the days will turn into weeks before you know it

Well done on the squash without coughing too
Hi Haze.
It was getting inbarasing playing and going into a coughing fit, I play 3 pr 4 times a week. It was one of the reasons for giving up, thanks for your support regards Keith.
It's amazing at how quick you can feel the benefits, one day in and already being able to play squash easier, our bodies are so clever I too feel better even though I do have a cough I can still breath easier and my energy levels are ten times better, my house is actually tidy
Hi the cough was a big factor in me giving up, it got to a stage where I was nearly being sick in the morning. It eased after 30 mins or so, I hope its ok in the morning thanks for your support keith.
