So I guess this is Day 1 for me. I have a vapor thingy which is cool. I am at work at the minute, and the hardest thing is not going out for a ciggy at tea break with a coffee, but after watching that video of the healthy lungs and the smokers lungs with the air being pumped into it, it's sorta holding me back, so that's a good thing.

Things keeping me going:

-Getting more taste back

-Getting rid of the yellow crap on my tongue

-Breathing better

-More energy

-Better skin

-Generally being healthier

If I keep reminding myself of these things, hopefully it'll work.
