Saw my heart consultant today for the last time. Signed off, feeling confident and ready for the rest of my life.
Just over a year since I quit Cold Turkey. Had to! Needed to! Wanted to!
Anyone who really wants to can do it - I'm not special!

I totally agree Peter. Quitting is great with whichever method you chose to do it.

Brilliant news Peter and well done as you say anyone can do it if they can put their mind to it! I know it's not easy but it's so worth it.
How lovely Peter, enjoy and well done on the quit. My friend's Mum in law received 2 new kidneys on Sunday which she will cherish for the rest of her life
