Having a difficult morning :(

The wee bugger is doing my head in this morning! Plus go out to put a wash on and hubby's fags are sitting there arrghhh!!

I'm will not give up what I've achieved so no need to worry but needed to vent and maybe some encouragement!!

Really all I'm feeling is temptation, it's just a thought, I have control over my thoughts and actions so nothing to fear!

Missing mum a lot this week, I think it's finally sinking in also have to go to london tomorrow until next Friday evening for a training course for work so not looking forward to it, I've never left my son or my husband for this long before so feeling angry that I have too

Sounds like a lot of nasty stuff hitting at once which is not good.

Hope your day picks up and enjoy the training course! Also I hope you have plenty of time around the sessions to log on in case being away from home proves a little challenging - even if it's just a few minutes to read some posts if you can't post yourself...

Thanks folks, I've put on a patch and had a nicotine mini, feeling a bit better!

I use the forum mostly on my phone so I'll be logged in during break times! It's boot camp training so apparently will be in class from early morning till late evening so should keep my mind busy!

Going to pick myself up now and have a nice day with my son! Hope you both have a lovely day and thanks for your replies x
