A full week without smoking feels like i've escaped from the prison at last. Confident that I can do more of the same. There's been a few tempting moments which i allowed myself to experience and quietly whispered No thanks, The fantasy is always better than a real cigarette.craves don't last long so i just ride them out without obsessing about it. word puzzles are great for this!. I'm enjoying the ritual of changing my patch once a day its a great replacement for my morning fag which lately had become my only pleasure and friend.A huge pile of smelly clothes is skulking in the bathroom waiting to be washed .will treat myself to some expensive washing stuff that smells like a summer meadow or somat.I've saved£25 00. Not smoked 210 vile weeds.and added 17 hours to my life. Stats r always a good incentive they show us the evidence that can make or break a quit. 210 vile weeds not smoked = 210 NO's and none of them no's hurt one little bit.

I totaally agree with the above. that one fag always mean 15 more that day and then every other day! so not worth it! keep up the good work xxx
