You can do it and you know how proud of yourself you will be when you do.
Do whatever you need to do to get through, even if that means breaking the day into 10 minute sections. I'm just a few days ahead of you and will offer whatever help I can to you.
You can do it - If you read some of my other posts you'll see I have had similar challenges at sustaining my quit. Reminds me of the old joke - quitting is easy, I've done it hundreds of times
I've struggled a bit these last few days, and I've fallen back to the 'I promise I won't smoke today, tomorrow will take care of itself' argument
I had a really crappy day yesterday and was so tempted to buy some smokes, but I thought that its only the thought of one that is appealing - the relaity is that I'll hate the taste, I'll hate myself for doing it and what will it acheive - Ill still feel crappy, well no actually I'll feel worse becuase I smoked and then I'm right back to the beginning again - and really honestly the stage I'm at now I couldn't, just couldn't face going through this again. I'm on this pony for as long as it takes, if I spend the rest of my life craving a smoke (I know I wont), I don't care I'd rather than than have to put up with the hassle of smoking then the absolute hell that is those first few hours and days.

Phew, feel better already....
Hold onto that thought, it's what's got me through more than once
