I have been keeping rather quiet... As a fifty year smoker, even I cannot believe that I am now in week twelve of quitting. I think a few folk have lost a bob or two on how long I would stay smoke free.

Lizzy - thats great - you must be so proud! I have now gonna 70 odd days and so glad i have stuck at it this time!
