Hi, I'm so glad I found this forum. Just got rid of all my lighters, my last 6 cigarettes, and my ashtray.... I'm scare, I always smoke outside while I talk on the phone. I never talk on the phone unless I'm smoking. It gives me either a great deal of anxiety to talk on the phone without smoking, or I feel like is not as enjoyable the conversation. I smoke about half a pack a day.... Or shall I say, I used to smoke....

I suggest for a while you talk on the phone indoors, it will help you break the habit this is information I have read! It's only my 4th day but it's going well.
