I'm out with flu at work, It's year end and everyone is running on high levels of stress. For the last three days I've been thinking that I "chose the worst time to stop smoking" but now day 4 its allot easier than yesterday and I'm more in the mind frame that if I can stop in this chaos then cigarettes aint the boss of me anymore.

One day at a time.

Way to go Zieg! That is impressive. Good move taking time off of work for the quit, I didn't and it was MIZERABLE(yes with a Z)

Well done Zieg and just keep going. Now you know you don't need to have a smoke when you are under pressure or stressed, which is flippin brilliant. :)
