Morning all,
Congrats to those who have made it successfully through to the second week. My man flu has subsided to a cold and I got 7 hours sleep last night as opposed to 4 the nights before. So in my book I'm making solid progress.
Mucas production/smoking by product expulsion remains high and I apologise for going on about it, If it was ear wax I'd have already taken myself to casualty!!
As I head into week 2 feeling about a million times better than I did mid week 1, I just wanted to say to anyone thinking that their withdrawal symptoms won't/can't get better, that they definately will.
