Today is my first year of non smoking, carnt believe it myself. It's been a been hard journey but I made it.
Just the stone and more iv put on since that I need to shead now. Hot weight at the docs yesterday was like nooooooo. She an ex smoker she did day it takes ur body about 2 years to adjust. She said the weight will just drop off.
So happy one year to me yayyy

Thanks guys. Feel so proud of my self. I still sometimes have to keep my self in check w em more now its summer (well sort of) and I'm out more with smokers, sitting in beer gardens,
But I always remind my self why I gave up. Just gotta give up Chocs now, they are my new smokes, just one bar a day instead of 4 lol
