Never has a forum name been so appropriate. I've seen you pick yourself up and dust yourself down a few times, and a lot of people would have thrown in the towel but not you. You should be incredibly proud of yourself. Enjoy the penthouse, and enjoy the freedom!
Well if there was a post I had to reply to, this is it, a mega mega well done to you for achieving what you always thought was going to be impossible and here you are in the penthouse feeling incredibly proud of yourself, I am so glad you are now past the point of no return.

Saw the price of ciggies while queuing at a local store and nearly passed out with shock. I would often by a packet of ciggies with my loaf of bread and was stunned to see that would now cost me a tenner. No thank you very much

After many failed attempts I have at long last been quit for a whole year today :eek:
There where many times when I thought I would never kick the fags but stubbornly refused to give in. I knew a quit would stick one day and it has.
It's the best thing I have ever done and don't regret it for a second.
Wherever you are on your quit journey just believe in yourself and the fact that you are stronger than the call of the nicodemon.
Will save you a seat in the penthouse as many have done for me. Thank you my friends

2 years for me today and loving the smoke free life .
Not here often these days, but popped by for the first time in months and saw your one year post.
I may be a little tardy with my response - but I am so so pleased to see how well you have done - and my lateness in congratulating you does not for one moment reduce my admiration.
