Seven weeks today and still smoke free

Hi all,7 weeks today ,I am still getting the odd craving ,but it definitely gets easier, only 1 more week to reach my next mile stone 2 months, never thought I would get this far,but goes to show what you can do if you put your mind to it,started on champix ,but stopped after 5 weeks ,I've been cold turkey since, the wife packed up ,but started again, but she has cut right down 10 a day,so not to bad she goes out side to smoke most of the time, and does not smoke in the car,so you have to be great full for small mercies, would not say I feel any better ,apart from not coughing as much, put on nearly a stone in weight, but not worried about that to much, some times I really miss my ciggie ,but I'm determined not to give in,my taste buds are still all over the place ,but then I did smoke 30 a day for about 43 years, chewing a fair bit of gum,and sucking the odd sweet, the other thing I've noticed is my sleep patern is all over the place, might be to do with radiopherpy I had on my shoulder, but that finished 4 weeks ago,in bed most nights by 9 ,and waking up at 5-6 in the morning, but offset it with 3/4 hour in the afternoon, when I can,oh well onwards and upwards:)
