I DID IT!!!

After a few false starts, day 19 on Champix and i had my last fag at midnight last night

Yay i have almost done day one!!!!

I havent smoked for over 18 hours and its been pretty OK!

Literally has maybe 3 serious craves all day, worst one is right now cos i just ate dinner!!! This is the hardest one so far....... But i am hanging in there!!!

That's a fab day 1

You will find some times when you get more craves but they get a heck of a lot better really soon, especially as you're not putting any more nicotine into your system!!

After tea was a bad time for me, but those time craves faded really fast!!

Its passed already! Day times have always been when i smoked the most so this evening isnt really worrying me i am so looking forward to posting on day two tomorrow!
