What next......

Made it to 8 weeks of non smoking and so far I been ill for most of it! 2 weeks ago I had an ear infection, so antibiotic to stop that. Then Tuesday started to feel off colour and have just looked at my tonsils and they are red, swollen and have large white spots on them! So I'm going with tonsillitis!

It was my birthday yesterday and I was going out wth friends tomorrow so will have to cancel that too!

When will I feel better???

If it's any consolation you'd probably have got those things if you smoked - smoking represses your immune system after all - but it does feel flipping miserable!!

Even worse when it's your birthday.
