Sorry I am posting late in the day, had one of those horrible days that test you to the limit. My mum had to be taken into hospital earlier today so been running around like a blue ar*e fly.
Had one of those awful moments around lunchtime when I went outside to make a call and seen the flock of smokers around the that "little bus shelter" thing.
I was so tempted to go over and brass neck a fag off somebody but then I realised that most of the smokers were patients and I just thought the irony of that sight was enough to stave the crave off.
On a lighter note my mum is ok and should be out by weekend, and I managed to get through the day ok apart from that one moment of temptation.
Anyway hope you all had a great day and I will see you all tomorrow in Day 17

Well done for staying strong Jay. It would be easy in a situation like that for us to make excuses and, before you know it, you're back to being a smoker.
You show a lot of determination by getting through the tough times without lighting up and, once you're mum is home and feeling better, I'm sure it'll hit you just how proud you should be for getting through a moment like that without the little devil taking over.
