Starting day 25

Day 25 started with a trip to the ER at 00:15. Went in because it felt asif I was getting a heart attack or pulmonary embolism or something. Had a cold feeling rush over my chest, like someone pumping my veins full of ice water, followed by heart palpitations, tightness over my chest, faintness ang general unwell feeling.

Long story short, turns out I am getting panic attacks because of quitting and the huge trauma my body has been through the past 24 days. What a nice way to start day 25... :eek:

Hubby has been phenominal. I would not have been able to do this without him. Today he is day 5 and I am so proud of him!!
