Hey, Kat gave me a nudge as I'd gone quiet and it made me realise I hadn't posted in ages. Still here though, off the patches now for a week. Actually forgot to put then on when on holiday over Easter. Have spent more and more time in the company of smokers and survived and things are generally coasting along ok.
