Horrible feeling I hate battling with my own head!
I find it best to try and do something that requires my attention, like a good book that I know I'll get sucked into. Otherwise I overthink it and I'm miserable for the rest of the day.

The strongest thing you can do is sit down with some headphones and listen to music you really love. This isn't a nicotine withdrawal effect alone it's habit, stress and with withdrawal combining to compound it in a vicious cycle of hate.
Good music aligns with your chemical brainwaves, it's one of the reasons some people like metal and others orchestral (learned that in a Uni science class I took notes for! super cool :cool:).
Breathe and focus on the music, it can help to alleviate the stress factor. You might still have the other two but taking out the stress takes 99% of the hard work away.

I went and had a lay down on my bed with my poppy dog, got up, ate and apple and then did the school pick up..........feeling human again at the moment

Yeah, I had a phone call from a friend, it took my mind off things thanks, although, dont know if you saw my post about stupid weather? It was a friends house that was struck by lightening!!

just think how close it could have been to your house and then you could have been pardoned for smoking,,,(well maybe) but even n that situation, it wouldnt have helped.
read everyones advice and pick what is best fro you. I am sure you will get through it now, you did the hard bit, you did the blip and came through stronger.
