Jeeeeeez!! Day 100 and I can't believe that stats I have just checked..

I have 'not' smoked 2000 cigs!! 2 ruddy thousand!! Imagine that in an ash tray errrghh yuck!! Cannot believe it!!

Even better have saved over 800 pounds woooooop! Altho spent a fair bit of that clothes shopping today but who ruddy cares we should treat ourselves!?

So my waistline has expanded a bit but as Will Power mentions my teeth are whiter, I can breathe better, my cough has gone, I sleep better soooo many positives!! All I can say is HELLO DAY 100!!!

Keep it up all you new quitters sooo many rewards to reap!! Yep I still have the odd crave but sooooo much easier these days! Woop!
