Carbon monoxide levels

Hi all. Two weeks ago At the smoking clinic they measured my carbon monoxide levels. It was a frightening 68 which is high. Today after only 11days smoke free it was measured at only 2. I find this a massive spur to keep on going smoke free . Please take heart folks it is worthwhile to battle on the health benefits are amazing. Love Jonno

Don't know what mine were 'cos I was never measured but i bet you feel heaps better for having more oxygen in your blood!!

Edit: Google says about 20parts per million for a pack a day smoker which I was(ish)
