Hi everybody

I have been stalking this forum for the last few months and have been inspired by all the positive posts.

I'm onto day 7 of my quit. . . Can't believe it!

It's not been too bad so far but nearly caved in yesterday for no reason at all. Had to give myself a good talking to. So glad I held out as today I feel much more positive.

This time tomorrow I will have been smoke free for one whole week! YES

Feel immensely proud of yourself and look forward to the joys (yes I am being serious) that week 2 will bring you.

The craves are sent to test you, face them square on and tell them to 'do one' then you can be smug at not having given in to the winging little no-hoper that sits on your shoulder whispering smelly nothings!
