Hello month 3

Well it will be start of month 3 on 17th

Not feeling to bad today but that may be because i bust at work.

I have decided that i must lose some of this gained weight as well, so going to be a double wammy now.

Sweets and all the naughty things must go. :mad:

I can actually sleep at night now without coughing, just wake up covered in droll. Haven't a clue why i do this. Only thing that stops this is if I have my pain killer tablet that has codeine in

Onwards towards the penthouse i go.

Hey, whatever month it is, you are still a non-smoker and thats great. Ive just dragged myself to day 8 with 2 minor blips so to get to where you are now is going to be great for me, for anyone really. Well done x
