Day 8 and feeling great!!!

Hi guys, I woke up this morning after a good night sleep finding myself in week 2 of freedom.

Have to say “Spring” is in the air as well as my step. Starting to appreciate breathing fresh air and not having to find precious time to have the “one” when I wake up, after my shower, after a cup of coffee, on the walk to my car, the “2” in the car on the way too work, the one in the carpark before I go in!!! Yes peeps that roughly 7!! before I even start work. Yuk

Anyway thats the old me, I now hit the gym before work which is keeping me focused as well as rediscovering what life is all about “lovely ladies in the gym” although my workout noises may be creeping some of them out :)

Anyway to those of us whether on day one, two, twenty two or two hundred and twenty two!!! Keep up the good work and together we can put the “undertakers” out of business :)

No offence to any undertakers who are members of this forum..............

Excellent Jay Jay, I used to smoke plenty before work too:eek: Couldn't imagine it now. The gym is a great idea too will help with not gaining those quit smoking pounds. Well done you, be proud!
