Champix & alcohol. It's stopped me boozing?

So I was wondering why I've not been managing to finish a vodka & diet coke. Over the past couple of weeks, as soon as I start to feel the effects of the drink, I stop enjoying it and can't stomach any more, so end up tipping it, lol!

This just isn't like me. One off, yeah, but this is happening nearly every night. I hate seeing good booze thrown away :D, especially by my hand ...

I wondered whether the champix was fiddling with the same receptor, so googled it, and whilst it hasn't been fully studied, there's a possible link to champix and alcohol reduction.

So my question to all you champix users, did this happen to you? It's doing me a favour so I'm not complaining
