Sorry If Ive posted this twice ! I have decided day 10 is my official giving up day although I really dont fancy a ciggie I am having the odd one just for the sake of it.Im pleased to say the sickness has now gone but today all I want to do is eat I have no energy and can`t be bothered to do anything .Im pleased to say that I have not had any of the bad dreams everyone talks about .

Hi. I was doing exactly the same. I'm on day 9 of champix. And am now on day 2 smoke free. I've been using a nicotine free vape which is really helping. Not missing fag nearly as much as I would without it.
