WOO-HOO!! WELL DONE ME!!!

Today is my 99th day of freedom and it feels absolutely fantastic!

I've had a rollercoaster of a week at home - the high point was my birthday on Saturday and the low point was almost as bad as they come.

.... BUT

..... I have not smoked and I haven't even wanted to smoke.

I've found it very easy this time round and the main reason for that is reading the Easy Way to Stop Smoking. If anyone out there is struggling and wondering how you're going to make it this far then treat yourself to this book it's made a massive difference to a lot of people on here. (No I'm not on commission lol)

I've just gone into month 4 and feel so proud of myself but as I never thought I could do it why should I not feel proud.

Others on here have done better than me to date but I'm catching you up.

Make no mistake it's hard but well worth it.
