Feeling pretty pleased with myself having been free for 6 whole weeks. Been on here has been my prop. Still get a crave now and then, some are pretty intense, but I know I am through the worst now and am winning this battle.

Me too, I'm 6 weeks. Still getting cravings..........infact I could have written this post lol!
I'm using inhalator only and actually not that often anymore!

That's great news - well done and keep it up! Sorry I haven't been on the site for a while, but I suppose that's a good thing! It was six weeks yesterday. Still get the odd craving, so I come on here to take my mind off it!
