Woop!!

That's about it really, woop hello month four!

Tried quitting maybe thirty or forty times in the past six months fail fail fail etc and then suddenly woop I have made it to month four cold turkey!!

Not on here all that often, perhaps a bit selfish but this forum now makes me think about smoking whereas the rest of my day I don't really at all, how different eh that first couple of weeks I couldn't stop thinking about it!! Anyway if I don't check in here it literally crosses my mind every four or five days! Wowser!!

Sorry for all the woops and !!!! I am just thrilled and hope that everyone at earlier stages can be inspired by us normal human beings who failed failed failed and then SUDDENLY BAM we can do it! Everything tastes and smells sooo much better and life is sooo much easier not having to hide the smell, feeling ashamed etc

Congrats everyone who is at month four lets keep it going!! It's actually not too tricky anymore is it!?

Defo not that hard max altho must admit much easier with your support plus a couple of key other peeps!! Oh and that ruddy quiz!

But yeah how weird. Logging on tonight was the first time I have thought about smoking for days and actually the dreaded 'I smoked' dream filled me with horror not joy!

Was trying to remember what it was like to smoke the other day. Was watching someone in their car, it didn't look much fun

Now gotta get rid of this new fatty midriff and address my new bonus glass of wine habit small steps and all that!

Aawwh you're too kind , I can be a moody moo up there with the rest of them at times . I've put in a few moans lately but all related to a work exam I am doing on Monday. When its over I really will have my life back .. non smoking and feeling better for it and time to get on with things I enjoy doing and not being snappy at home

Not feeling particularly graceful in the tummy region though, 10lbs to lose, .. 6 from not smoking plus 4lbs from Xmas 2012 :eek:

I am certain that you will continue to do brilliantly with your quit
