Well i never thought i would get this far.

Im actually in my third week of non smoking and sometimes i can go an hour or two without even thinking of having a smoke.

I no longer get up at silly o'clock so i can get a few fags in before the kids get up, and love the fact i can get ready for bed without nipping outside in the cold for a "last one"

I have had a few dodgy moments over the past few weeks but am recognising the trigger points now.

So all in all at the moment i am so hopeful that this is for ever, i really dont want to ever start again.
