Hi, Today was day 12 for me and I have to say, things are going ok. That`s not to say it`s plain sailing - really had to make a conscious effort to keep busy today, not that I wanted a cig really just that 'lost' feeling again. I know it will improve but it just takes time.
I've signed up for a challenge (5x50 challenge if you want to google it). It`s an activity challenge to either walk, run or cycle 5k every day for 50 days and it starts on 31st March. Just what I need I think to get me motivated again. Have a look, maybe some of you would be interested?
