Ok, so I am celebrating my sons 2nd birthday tonight.....so I have an excuse!

The last few days, I have had a bit of a stressful time......arguments with hubby etc........GOD I WANTED A FAG!

BUT............I did not go there!

Today I was so pleased that I didn't. I look at my little boy on his second birthday and feel so proud of how far I have come....and so very proud of my son. He's my world, and makes everything good..........

Just wanted to share!!! x

You might have been close to saying sod it, but you didn't and that's what matters

Don't worry about wearing your patch, if you need it then use it - better that than smoking!! x

Thanks all. Im guessing that not wearing a patch (mainly because I forget!) does really have an impact.......never realised how much I relied on them. But whilst I can get away with not wearing one, I'd like to.

You really are all such a wonderful support, I do appreciate your comments. Sorry for not always being on here, but when Im doing good, I steer clear. Simply because, I don't want to conciously (sp?!) think about the struggle....if that makes sense. Im not very strong!!! LOL.

Anyway thanks again, well done to you all for keeping it up!!
