Thought I'd best create a new thread, as last night's seemed to go a little crazy. Lol.
I feel bunged up. I'm surprised and a little disappointed, because I thought I'd already done all this?! The horrible phlegm, coughing up things that aren't very nice etc.
Is it something that will happen quite often in the early stages?
How is everyone else today?
The sun is shining here, so I'm happy happy happy

Some people get it, others don't - I got a sort of tickle pretty quickly, just irritating more than anything - then just after Christmas (so 3 weeks ish) I got it really bad, was coughing loads and like you say, coughing up things that aren't very nice  I did find Covonia helped though
It was a bit odd 'cos smoking never made me cough much before.
It's good in a way 'cos it means your body's recovering and you're getting the tar out - even though we smoked lights (well I did for about a year, was smoking normal ones before that) there's still a lot of muck in them and it's good to get it out ven though doing it is foul
Enjoy your sunshine, it's more liquid sunshine down here!! x

Cool. Well it's not the most pleasent of things but it's probably best to thing of it as a cleansing thing. Body is trying to do good!
Will pick myself some Covonia up, thanks.
It's still pretty cold here, but the sky is blue so that'll do for me.
I'm being serious. Hubby cooks and cleans. I sort out children but he's an excellent daddy. He looks after our youngest when I work or help out.
So he should be
To be fair, my fella isn't bad. He cleaned the whole house while I was away at my Dad's this weekend, and he's very handy for jobs that I would just pay someone for.
We don't have children, so that will be a new kettle of fish in the future, but it's quite an even split where chores are concerned.
Also, he's become used to me taking his bank card or helping myself to money from his wallet, so I can't complain!
Women should do all the cooking and cleaning and childcare so the Gents can talk about footy, eat a hearty meal ,go down the pub and ogle the girls. then come home for cheese on toast and find the Mrs suitably attired.

If you are an office dogsbody then you seem to have a fairly easy job cos you are always on here :D.(glass houses etc) Fancy making some extra cash?
I'm glued to the computer from 9-5, and my monitor faces the wall so it's easy to be on here
I alt+tab in and out when I'm waiting for something or if I'm on hold on the phone - we can multi-task you see
In your case Gem multi task means look at 3 different threads and the quiz at the same time.
Oi!! I do all I'm meant to!!
I am sure most people hate their jobs.At least in mine I can go out and give the public dirty looks and stop their cars if I feel narked. Most times though I smile benignly as I wave old ladies over the local Zebra Crossing, and stop to exchange smalltalk with our resident homeless person.
Anytime you come to Bath give me a call I would be delighted to show you the sights of this splendid Georgian city Gemma, let me know your number plate first so we leave you alone
Oooh, can we all go? Then we can have real bows in our hair and real weapons! Not sure how well a crazy woman walking around with a frying pan would go down, but what the hell?!

Or is it yourself Gemma that you are talking about, having to stagger, wearing those jeans that are so tight you can barely move cos you have porked out quite a bit?
Not really blaming you sweetie, but honestly, those little yellow things REALLY shouldn't be getting up to that kind of stuff - they look far too sweet and innocent!
Ooh I know!!
Am shocked they're like that - they always say the innocent ones are the worst though
