Day 3 For Me

Im progressing ok a parents night tonight at school so must try to remain calm and smoke free. Trying to take it in small steps.

Using the 24hr 21mg patch and a few peices of gum as required. If I can get through tonight Ill be well on the road, I just have to remain firm in my resolve and ignore the devil that perches on my shoulder from time to time saying one or two wont hurt.
