Day 11!

Definitely my most successful quit to date.

My mind is struggling to comprehend it all, it still doesn't feel truly like i'm giving up permanently and have permanently quit. But I just know that i'm not going to smoke again.

I'm not sure if this is how most quit attempts are during the early stages.

Some wise words of experience would go down a treat here

I am very impressed. 30 years!!

Makes my 2 years feel a little bit measly. And it's been incredibly difficult for me till here!

All in the same boat though I suppose, just wanting to get clean of nicotine
